I am a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor and proficient in using Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online. My goal is not just to keep your books up to date but also to help your business grow by closely monitoring your expenses and helping you chase your receivables.

• Currently working as a part-time bookkeeper focusing on categorizing transactions through bank statements or bank feeds and monthly bank reconciliation.
• Supported Quickbooks users in US and Canada for 6 years. Assisted customers with the following:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Customizing reports and templates
- Entering transactions such as sales, invoices, bills, items, purchase orders, estimates, inventory, etc.
- Creating payroll items, payroll schedules, and paycheques (Canadian Users)
- File sales tax (Canadian Users)
- Fix discrepancies with their company file like unassigned sales tax, balance sheet out of balance, incorrect beginning balance in the reconciliation, uncategorized income or expense, and a lot more
