Profile Description

I worked as Quality Assurance officer under Support Division
in online publishing of newspapers and magazine for 1 year. As a QA officer we ensure
the quality of the digitized papers, we’re handling complaints from publishers
and customers, we’re auditing the quality score of XML operators for monthly
evaluation.
Also, I worked as XML Profiler in the same company for almost
7 years. As a Profiler we are the front liner in handling emails and fixing
escalations. I used MS Outlook for emails and Adobe Acrobat for fixing
escalation on PDF files. I can use Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft office tools such
as MS Word, Outlook, powerpoint and Excel. I am trained for multi-tasking and
working under pressure due to deadlines of work. I like to figure things out on
my own though I also love being directed. I also assure you that I will help
