Profile Description

3+ years combined experience in Customer Service for e-Commerce companies based in Singapore, Australia and the US. Mainly did email and chat support, also a bit of SMS support via Salesmessage. Basic social media management and customer support via FB and IG chat platforms, monitoring, moderating and responding to audience comments, creating/posting shareable videos and images. I also do project-based admin social media support for campaigns, other admin and data-entry tasks. Tools I'm familiar with (but not limited to): Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Recharge, Rise, Monday, Trello, Asana, Slack, Canva, Guru, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Google Docs and others. I am keen on continuous learning and I am willing to be trained. Healthcare experience of >2 years in medical coding and auditing. Co-managed a family-owned business (fitness gym) for <2 years. I am fluent in English (writing and speaking).
