As HR Manager, I am responsible for the following
tasks across the organization:
HR Management
Develop, review, and
update HR and administrative policies, processes, and guidelines to ensure
that they are in line with the company's strategic goals, statutory
requirements, and industry best practices.
Databases, tools,
trackers, and system/process documentation are all updated in real time.
Advise management on how
to resolve employee relations difficulties; investigate non-conformance
issues; and impose disciplinary actions in accordance with company
policies.
Ensure that all legal
and regulatory paperwork are filed, and that rules and regulations are
followed.
Produce and submit
generic HR activity reports to the management
Conduct an organizational
review, restructure, and make recommendations for changes to the
organizational structure that are in line with the company's goals.
Create and implement
organizational strategies that are in line with the company's objectives.
Create a positive,
goal-oriented work environment for the staff.
Create and implement
workplace programs that connect employees to the company's mission and
vision.
Employee Participation
Create staff engagement
programs that are both enjoyable and included.
Coordinate and conduct
the performance review process, which includes an initial assessment,
setting goals and milestones, and an annual review.
Assist the management
team in gathering statistics and information so that plans to improve
employee happiness and retention can be proposed.
Propose and implement
retention plan programs that will help to reduce attrition.
Based on the results of
the individuals' scorecards, identify and recommend reward, recognition,
and merit programs for high-performing
variety of human resources programs and procedures for all Company
workers, including training, coaching, and career development.
Talent Acquisition
Plan, strategize, and
execute action plans to ensure a healthy pool of applications for hiring
needs at the lowest feasible cost.
Conduct an end-to-end
recruitment process, from applicant sourcing through onboarding.
Create and implement an
employer branding strategy that will boost the company's reputation among
job searchers while also improving the applicant experience.
Ensure that both
internal and external stakeholders are kept up to date on the recruitment
process.
Creating job
descriptions and establishing critical competencies for each post is my
responsibility.
Examine and recommend
appropriate recruitment systems, databases, and other time-saving
solutions.
