Working as a real estate cold caller can be challenging yet rewarding. My primary task is to make unsolicited calls to potential clients or leads. This involves reaching out to individuals who may or may not have expressed interest in buying, selling, or renting properties. Often, it requires building rapport quickly. I need a connection with the person on the other end of the line, which involves being personable, confident, and knowledgeable about the real estate market. Inevitably, it involves encountering objections from prospects. Whether it's concerned with pricing, timing, or suitability, I'll need to be prepared to address objections effectively and persuasively. I also keep detailed records of interactions, follow up with leads promptly, and nurture relationships over time. I am an expert in using readymode dialers and podio management.

Researching and identifying potential leads through various sources such as online listings, social media platforms, and databases.

My primary task is to find people who are difficult to locate. This includes debtors, witnesses, heirs, or anyone who has evaded contact. I will also conduct thorough research using public records, social media, databases, and other online and offline resources.
