I've been with the BPO/B2B industry since 2007,
I have acquired technical skills about hardware products. I also had an experience being a customer support for various of companies from Google products to Telecommunication companies; as well as overseeing the business from a top level as a manager. Overtime I was able to develop my analytical skills, reporting, and working admin tasks, this gained growth for the business for over 500+ FTEs giving financial success to the business I've handled. Experienced in data entry particularly with MS Office, Google sheets, docs, and forms, etc. I am very versatile when it comes to work, I know some basic photo editing and video editing. I work with the highest integrity and honesty, self directed and figure things out whenever possible.
