I have been working primarily as a Sales Executive for 3 years 8 months with a BPO company(B2B). I was able to lead a team of Sales driven individuals for the New Zealand, UK and Malaysian Market during my term with the company which covers lead generation, contract negotiation, collection, shipping, after sales services, etc. 

I have vast experience with Customer Service, Hard Selling, Cross Selling and Up selling by working on both inbound and outbound calls, emails, setting appointments, good negotiation skills and Client building relationships.
