Most of my experience comes from dealing with telecommunications' consumers in helping them ease the confusion of recurring monthly bills and troubleshooting devices that are essential in homes and everyday living. Apart from that, I also have a large area of sales experience for a giant telecommunications company in the U.S. From selling basic phones and smartphones with plans up to the installation of their newly acquired cable services, may it be satellite or fiber.
I have also dealt with taking surveys from people in the U.S. through phone calls (outbound calling) about their views on random topics which are relevant and essential to their community such as (but not limited to) government funding, healthcare, election, and politics for surveying purposes. The verbal responses were important so I had some training with verbatim typing.
I also took order-placing before with a food delivery service company based in San Francisco. Looking into minute details was a requirement.
I have done a few call transcriptions for a transcription company and also have good tutoring skills for non-English speakers most especially to Chinese nationals and their children.
