Profile Description

As a Capacity Planner I am responsible in coordinating with operation, clients and client services to be able to gather relevant data related to forecasting and calculation of program requirements both for capacity plan and scheduling standpoint. Together with this, I am in charge of maintaining a roster of staff with accurate employee details, preferences and skills.
I am also responsible in creating schedules that will meet both the program requirements and also the needs of those being scheduled.
I prepare snapshot of the over/under and create action plan that would address any staffing gaps or minimize overages.
Furthermore, I am also responsible for the inputs in the capacity planning file created/maintained by me and ensures that they are accurate and adequate to meet operational need.
