Profile Description

I have worked for the past three years as an admin assistant and two years as an Executive Assistant. Having read through your job description, I believe I would be a great candidate for the position, given my thorough attention to detail and positive, professional demeanor. In my latest position as an Executive Assistant for a U.S.-based client, I have dealt with angry, frustrated, and worried customers. I've demonstrated success in responding to customers' emails, texts, and chat queries. Not only that, but I also made sure that I addressed all of their concerns without lacking empathy. I am comfortable with multitasking and meeting deadlines on the job, and I operate from a very organized and efficient state of being. I am a fast learner and highly trainable in new systems and procedures. I am adept at arranging correspondence in different ways, from letters to emails.
