My skills evolve in administrative tasks –sets up efficient filing system, monitors and keeps an updated and centralized record of available inventories.
In addition to the the above skills, my experiences also evolve in customer service. I take inbound calls, helps customers with questions and concerns relating to various products and services in the consumer electronics, telecommunications, computer, and media and entertainment industries. I also upsell products that will benefit the customer.
I also became one of the team leaders in the company which conducts coaching to drive the team's performance based on the client's requirements. I was also exposed to client interactions and workshop to enhance my skills for coaching.
The complexity of the job, especially for customer service, is when we take in escalation calls. I was part of the pioneer team on where we all handle escalated issues. Our goal was to lessen complaints especially of those who has been raised to the media. We're able to hit the target of at least 50% reduction of complaints.
