I have worked as a part time Social Media Manager for the last 6 months and I have been one as well for my previous business for 2 years. My current part time job is at Sleight Tattoo and Haircut Studios which is a barber shop and a tattoo shop. I manage both the physical store and its social media pages.
I am responsible for managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok, answering customer's inquiries and comments, creating social media content by doing basic graphic design and video editing using Canva and I'm currently exploring Photoshop. Posting contents on our pages in a timely manner and improving social media engagement.
