Profile Description

I have worked with various multinational IT software companies as a client-facing Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant to C-level managers, Project Manager/Administrator, Technical Write, Documentation QA, Editor, and Digital Media Manager. 

I was recently been part of an Australian company as a Technical Writer. Prior to that, I’ve been an English Communication Instructor in the academe. I have been to sales and customer service as well in Upwork. I am also a virtual assistant, a project manager, a social media marketer, and a back-end support virtual assistant.
