I have been working as an Admin Assistant and Team Leader for a Real Estate company based in Australia. I am also currently the trainer and team leader of my team consisting of 9 people. I am responsible for looking after my team and at the same time doing tasks on different departments such as Sales Administration, Client Services, Advertising and Marketing, Business Development and Finance. I answer a lot of inquiries from the Sales Agents and at the same time create reports of productivity and efficiency.
