-Been part of an US based Telecommunication center as a customer service representative.
-Able to manage people at the same time while being an agent for 2 years.
-I don't think I have a grammar lapses, since I've been able to work in an environment that english is the main language.
-Has an excellent researching skills.
-can engage and adapt to any kind of culture i will be encountering in the future.
-Privacy is very important to me. Providing important information and keeping it as a discretion between me and my employer is always on my top Upgrade to see actual info's not my thing to release these kind of information most importantly if it will harm my employer's information.
-I have the ability to be accountable or responsible of all my actions.
-Have a hard time to manage? I can handle stress under pressure most importantly, being in a hassle. I can manage my time in an excellent manner. Since, time is very essential to all of my customer/employer.
-Meticulous. Attention to detail only begins to describe me. I see it as a reflection of myself that everything is done perfectly.
