I have practical experience in customer correspondence, handling emails, and providing chat support through WhatsApp. Additionally, I manage calls via Aircall, addressing customer queries effectively. My familiarity with tools such as Slack, ClickUp, and Todoist showcases my ability to navigate various platforms efficiently.
I am a proactive learner, capable of independent learning, and have exposure to research with a keen understanding of formal language, citations, formatting, and proofreading. Despite recognizing the need for continuous learning, I am determined to embark on a Virtual Assistant career.
