Hey, I’m Dan.

I help busy founders, coaches, creators, and e-commerce teams turn messy ideas, content plans, and day-to-day tasks into something organized, published, and moving forward.

I’m not just here to “assist.” I’m the person who helps keep the back-end running, whether that means managing a community, editing a podcast, repurposing content, writing SEO blogs, organizing tasks, building funnels, or supporting Amazon listings.

In my recent role, I supported an online coaching brand and helped manage a niche >Facebook community. I screened new members, moderated posts, managed inbox messages, and responded to group members in the founder’s brand voice while keeping the community supportive and organized.

I also handled the content side of the business: editing podcast and YouTube videos, uploading episodes to YouTube and Spotify, planning podcast topics, repurposing content into blogs and short-form posts, ghostwriting SEO-friendly articles, and building funnels using ClickFunnels.

Before that, I worked in Amazon and e-commerce operations, where I wrote and optimized product listings, created image briefs, worked on A+ Content and Brand Store layouts, handled keyword research, prepared client reports, and helped troubleshoot listing issues inside Seller Central.
