I have been working from home since 2015 as a Real Estate VA
Currently, looking for long-term work-related to Real Estate, Property Management, and Rentals and Leasing.
I have over 10 years of experience in the Call Center industry, 6 years with Real Estate, and 4years with Property Management. I have been using Buildium as a property manager since August 2015. I have assisted several US property owners and managers in setting up and maintaining their accounts and properties. I am also open to using buildium, yardi breeze, Appfolio, Rent Manager, and Propertyware.
My goal is to provide excellent satisfaction to my clients. I am flexible when it comes to working.

The majority of my experience is more on Property Management and handling Buildium and Appfolio as the platform. My day-to-day responsibility as operations of the real estate, Communication (Calls-outbound/inbound, texts, emails), from screening tenants to scheduling showing, arranging for repairs and maintenance, cleaning work orders for over 400 properties. And resolving tenant's concerns and complaints, advertising/Listing, showing and leasing vacant units using the platform of Zillow, Buildium, and tenant turner and collecting and depositing rent, and communicating regularly with the property owner on the status of the property. As a property manager, I'm the owner’s eyes and ears on the property, making sure that issues are being dealt with promptly and the property itself is professionally is taking care of.
