I have experiences in handling Inbound and Outbound calls for Customer Service/Sales. I have a bit of experience in handling emails, or as an Email support for customer's issues with the product. I have also have an experience in Hotel bookings, Flights, and Car Reservations as a Sales and Customer Service Agent. Has sufficient amount of knowledge in travel process. I am also into working as an assistant. I am really into a long-term job, working from home as a freelancer.
