I can work one-on-one with small to large-scale businesses to provide flexible and affordable services that will help your company grow. 
I am currently employed as a Business Implementation Specialist in the travel industry in Austin, Texas, USA, where I am responsible for a wide range of business management tasks for RV owners in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Working on refunds, reporting for payouts and transactions, booking management, insurance disputes and claims, trust, and safety for driver verification, and bug reporting tasks to be escalated to our Engineering team are among my tasks and responsibilities.
I want to work in an environment that will push me to learn new things while also allowing me to help and learn as much as I can from my clients, and I want to contribute to the creation of a workspace that is always growing and has opportunities for advancement.
