I first gained creating a rapport with customers/clients
by working in a Mobile Phone company for many years. I retained excellent admin skills whilst working for a Private Physiotherapy Clinic. Moving up in the company then gave me my managerial skills as Reception and Accounts Manager, eventually leading me to be a Accounts/Project manager for an architectural visualisation company. I am confident with programmes such as, InDesign as well as a good understanding of Adobo photoshop. I am very confident in majority of the MS Office applications such as, One Note, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
I am highly organised as i previously managed my own team of 6 people and assisting the director of the Marketing team.
I am able to pay attention to detail and work independently to ensure tasks get done. I believe the best way to be efficient day to day is to plan ahead, may it be a day or a week in advance.
I have previously come up with systems in order to track vital information needed in prior companies i have worked for. Up to date they are still using the methods and systems i had put in place.
I would like to provide my skills to clients, to show how proficient i can be when it comes to assisting/organising matters.
