Profile Description

I previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance Davao, where I developed strong skills in data entry, records management, customer support, and technical troubleshooting. My role required accurately inputting, maintaining, and retrieving customer information while simultaneously assisting customers over the phone and documenting every interaction in real time. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in using various computer applications and customer management systems. I managed multiple accounts, including the West Billing Division and Central Activation/Repair Technical Support, resolving billing concerns, activating services, and providing technical assistance while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Beyond my experience in the BPO industry, I am currently an Instructor I and College Research Coordinator at the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management of Caraga State University–Cabadbaran Campus. My responsibilities include coordinating research initiatives, preparing technical and administrative documents, analyzing research data, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with institutional and academic standards. I have also completed a Master of Science in Tourism Management, which further strengthened my research, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. With experience in customer service, technical support, data management, research, and higher education, I am a detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable professional capable of managing multiple responsibilities while consistently delivering accurate, high-quality work.
