administrative support through Applicant Tracking System management, recruitment tracker and pipeline

providers and service teams. I ensure seamless coordination by actively
managing real-time schedules for clients and associated parties, allowing for
clear visibility and responsiveness. My responsibilities include identifying
and filling schedule gaps and open visits, proactively resolving any conflicts
or overlaps, and maintaining consistent communication to ensure timely updates.
Additionally, I handle all types of inbound calls related to scheduling,
