I am currently employed as a Service Team Analyst II - HRIS+BGC Coordinator in Uber Philippines Centre of Excellence LLC. The following are my day-to-day task:
Maintain and update data through the HR System (Workday).
Manage and document approvals for data change requests.
Process team changes in Workday and ICIMS.
Process employee Job changes (such as Manager change, Job profile change, Business Title change, and Location change).
Process mass data change requests (such as mass Entity change, Job profile change, Business Title change, Location change, and Creation of Supervisory Organization).
Maintain and update data within all Uber systems, ensuring a high degree of accuracy with data input or with the production of employee documents.
Provide a high level of support to employees by responding to questions and advancing issues as necessary. through our ticketing system (Uberhub).
Coordinate with in-region partners for policy clarification or tier-2 support if necessary.
