Profile Description

I have my share of experience handling technical account and Computer Selling. I've also been an email support/Subject matter expert for a ride sharing app. I've done my share of content moderation for a well known Social media platform. 
My first freelance job is Customer Support for a health supplement company where I also do facebook moderation and admin tasks. My last job is for a print-on-demand company where I answer emails and calls for both authors and customers. I also do shipping and profit reports and a bit of book cover editing/book formatting on the side.
I've attended basic news writing, reporting and researching. I also have a background in proofreading news article. I also have a minor background in photo and video editing, story boarding, photojournalism and creative writing. I am also Zendesk trained.
I have a passion in learning new things
and applying them to attain a successful result. I desire a stable job where my skills and passion are valued.
