I have work experiences in call centers here in the Philippines. I worked in HSBC Electronic Data Processing Philippines, Inc. I handled inbound calls and answered customer inquiries about their credit card accounts and I did cross-selling to qualified customers. I also worked in TeleTech wherein I was a mobile consultant. I was assigned to an after-sales account for a Telecommunication Company in Australia. I can say that I have skills in customer service and I have good English communication skills. I can also understand and follow instructions easily.
In addition, I also worked as an ESL teacher for Duzon E&H Philippines, it was an online teaching company. I taught Korean and Japanese from all sorts of ages. I am currently working as an ESL tutor and have been with this company for three years.
