Profile Description

My experience started in 2006, I was a mother of one, yet, I have three children now.
Up to this date I am still working as customer support for both phone and email.
My skills acquired through experience has
given me opportunity to present my self confidently.
GMAC mortgage, TMobile UK, PayPal Australia and New Zealand and recently Canada Pharmacy are the accounts I have handled.
Different company, market and people however they all require the best of customer service experience. Thus, remaining professional
,at all times, is a must.
Thirteen years of calls and emails to handle made me more comfortable and confident to communicate in both skills. I am aware of the requirements of privacy and security.
I understand that I will be working alone yet I am also will be working for a company, therefore, my dedication is required for both our successes.
