a note in the patient's account every after call.

I worked for Humana Insurance Company based in the US 
for 4 years and 2 mos. in yearUpgrade to see actual infounder Hinduja Global Solutions - BPO Company in the Philippines.
I answer calls from healthcare providers such as 
Doctor's Office, Rehab Facility, Skilled Nursing 
Facility, and Home Health Agency to process their 
Pre-Authorization request for their members. 
I handled Outpatient and Inpatient Requests. There are 
requests that are automatically approvable by the 
system after processing, and there are requests that 
need to be reviewed by our nurses and they will call 
us again for the auth status.

Worked with Market Force based in GA, US under Access Worldwide Communications -  BPO Company in the Philippines from  November 7, 2012 to April 12, 2013. Mainly task; Outbound calling the field associates in our leads and offering them to schedule for an On-call  Mystery Shopping job at certain fast food chains  or establishments. Getting commission on every successful schedule with a field associate.
