I've been working in a BPO industry for 5 years. I worked in FIS for 4 months and handled telco accounr. Worked in Alorica for 2 years and half handling extended warranty for appliances. I became a team support whose handling supervisor calls and agent inquiries. I worked with ViSA for 6 years and half as well. We handled main customer service for payroll debit cards, gift cards and reloadable cards. We handled fraud transaction verification as well. I became a support in training and assisting agents during their first week of taking calls.
I am goal oriented and eager to learn new things. I am commited and always have the passion in everything I do. I believe that with proper training or guide I will be able to do the tasks that is given to me. I want a long and stable job where I can grow individually and can help the business as well.
