Profile Description

I have worked with 3 of the largest companies in the call center industry for the past 13 yrs for 3 major US clients(BESTBUY online store, SPRINT, and WALGREENS walk-in clinic). I was a customer service representative and collections expert respectively. I was always given recognition because of my dedication, hard work, and outstanding performance. I have excellent English communication skills which I can use in the call center, email, or chat fields. I can also multi-task and can easily be trained with less supervision. I also had experience handling newbies(trainees)as their QA.                                                       I also had 3 previous jobs working from home as a Virtual Assistant/Customer Care Specialist total of 3 yrs of experience in this field.
