Content Writing. Develop contents for website, social media, articles, and other marketing-related materials.
Graphic Designing (Photoshop and Canva). Design social media posters, business cards, banners, document templates, cover pages.
Software/Web Applications. Knowledge on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resource Information System (HRMS), Accounting Management System, Inventory Maintenance and Purchasing Management System, Hospital Information System (HIS), and POS.
Customer Support. Communicate proactively with client’s concerns related to company products; respond to customer concerns on system performance and address their needs.
User Training. Prepare user manual and conduct trainings for system users.Administrative skills. Answering telephone calls, preparing reports and filing documents, manage office inventory, maintain and keep company records, handling budget, and office reporting.
