My first job was for Hilton Hotels as reservation agent way back 2014 for more than a year -- Responds to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest's expectation; Provides prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotels brand standards; and was responsible for handling service support calls, as well as promote and cross-sell value-added services to various customers.

With my 2nd company, I worked as an Email, Tech & Chat support representative for a Bluetooth tracking device. I was able to learn how to use Zendesk and Netsuite for order returns and replacement.
Part of tasks is to provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through email and live chat support channels; provide support through known basic troubleshooting techniques; and manage and resolve customer complaints and identifies and escalate priority issues.

Currently, I am working for a shared service healthcare company which is one of the Fortune 500 as a Sr. Customer Service Upgrade to see actual infoomUpgrade to see actual info, I did insurance verification and escalation. Then I applied for another role, which is my current as B3 wherein we process nurse's orders for home health and hospice medical supplies, up to point of shipment. I'm also tasked to do invoicing and returns with use of Oracle.

Exceeding goals in terms of AHT, Quality and CSAT with a 95 - 100?curacy rate per month.

I always make sure that I always hit or exceed our goals and ensures customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
