Good day!
I hope this spot is not taken yet. I would like to throw my hat on the table. Reading the job description excites me since I have a 5-year experience in BPO industry. I have customer service experience answering phone calls and assisting clients with their issues and concerns. I know how to handle complaints and find the appropriate solution. I have a broad mind that can handle situations on the phone to find an exceptional resolution to the clients.
After my customer service position, I've been working as a virtual assistant with a Realtor. Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel and all other admin tasks. I always love to learn new things and as a VA for 5 years, I've been a self-starter, focused and driven to grow. I see myself as a tech-savvy and  fast learner, I am very keen on details and I love being that way. I would love to throw my hat on the table if I am the one you are looking for.
I would also love to know more about your business and learn as I progress. Understanding the business is how I gain my strength as an asset to the group. With learning and familiarization, I don't limit myself in the circle but I am very vocal to visions and suggestions to better help the team.
