• Responsible in cancelling
and renewing customer signed contracts
• Assist customers for basic computer troubleshooting
• Assist customer for internet troubleshooting
• Process payment if customer will subscribe to the technical service offered
• Answer customers inquiry in regards with their order they made online (e.g delivery dates, carrier tracking number)
• Re-ship, re-order or refund if shipment is lost or stolen or the item is not what is expected by the customer
• Negotiate between customer and retailer for refunds and shipments of the product
