Profile Description

I am detailed-oriented
with excellent organizational skills. I have the ability to develop, gather,
formulate and keep up reports on databases and spreadsheets. I have an
optimistic can-do attitude and very open to learn and to develop within a
growing company. I am also a team player and could work independently.
Started as an Educator,
I taught young minds about grammar, reading and literature as well as
Technology and Livelihood Economics. Teaching is my profession but most of my working
years were spent in the Corporate World. I worked as a Customer Service Representative
for a year or two. Then, I become a Market Data Researcher who conducts
telephone interviews and surveys through emails. Customer feedback is very
crucial to every Upgrade to see actual info the year 2018, I helped
in the Process improvement that was to reduce the time spend in sending email
survey thru the use of MS Excel. This helped in gathering more samplings (customer
feedback) to identify pain points of the Company.
Being in the Corporate World
for quite some time has enhances my skills in MS Office and moreover, acquired
new skills. These skills will be my Armour in the battlefield of life.
