Profile Description

I have a experience as a Team Leader customer chat support in a dropshipping company handling sales, order inquiries, assisting customers with their concern, tracking of orders and many more. I also have experience at other dropshipping company handling order fulfillment,checking of orders,chat,email support and creating reports and documents.
I also  have experience as a shopify VA handling Order fulfillment, profit sheets, Editing of shopify information, Customer support, Email, chat, Facebook management, Csv file Order fulfillment, paypal and stripe dispute. 
I also have my previous experience at United Airlines as a Travel associate, I handle back office works like sending email to the supervisors and authorizing flight attendants travel plan. I also know how to work with microsoft office although I am far from being an expert at it. I am also pretty confident in handling phone calls and emails since that is the nature of my current job.
I also have experience in sales/billing account handling a Telco account and as a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, I'm proficient in travel planning and scheduling. I also have a background as an executive assistant for a local politician so I have handled administrative tasks. I meant to have a long-term and stable job where I can use my skills and help your business grow at the same time.
