About me:

My experience in the Outsourcing and Offshoring came from my not so brief stint with the BPO Industry where I spent 5 productive years in various but very engaging customer support, sales and technical support roles. The accounts I've handled range from telecom, to the use and purchase of high-end subscription ISP services and top of the line of electronic devices. If you're curious AT&T, Dell, Apple, Time Warner, Digital River, Zynga might be familiar brands that might give a ring.

Although I have enjoyed my work in the corporate industry, I was family-oriented and I found the ability to support clients in a freelancer role. I have raised the bar of numerous organizations, from startups to established businesses by building sustainable and consistent customer support systems based on their needs. I would gauge myself as an expert in the use of CRM application Zendesk and E-commerce platform Shopify along with the associated applications that come along with their use.

Achievements:
