Currently an Ad Optimization specialist and helping publishers with their revenue growth. I manage and oversee the overall ad inventory of the publishers assigned to us with the help of a few ad operations specialists under me.
Manages and is responsible for optimizing publishers with Audience Aquisition and organic traffic.

Well-versed with the following Ad Optimization tools and strategies:
- Google Publisher Suite ( Google Ad Manager and Google AdSense)
- Google Analytics
- Unified Pricing Floor Optimization
- Setting up Header Bidding and Programmatic demand
- Native Ads
- Direct Deals (Prefered/Private)

Other qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Data Analysis and presentation.
- Graphic Design
