Profile Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, I help our company in filling staff vacancies by evaluating candidates and building networks of potential hires. I am the one responsible for screening, interviewing, and placing workers, as well as keeping up to date on local hiring laws and regulations. I am also responsible for imposing company policies. I use cold calls and referrals to acquire viable job applicants. I am also responsible for developing and posting job listings online. I also use social media to network and identify high-performing applicants for jobs within an organization. I make sure to assess all applicants in a fair manner. I've been working as a recruitment specialist for 4 years.

I've also worked as an Admin Support for 2 years. I am responsible for handling such us generating reports and presentations, generating meetings, and reordering supplies. I work closely with my manager. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and avoiding conflicts. I am also responsible for making travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. I screen phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. I am using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research. I make sure that to maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. 

As a social media manager of 3 years, I am the one responsible for making my own research and to know the latest trends and audience preferences. Another responsibility is to design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals. I enjoy managing posts and responding to followers. I manage the company image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals.

I also have 4 years of experience in the BPO industry. I am responsible for taking care of customers' concerns and answering queries. I am always doing the extra mile in each and every encounter with our customers. I made sure to resolve the issue the first time they will call. I am one of the top agents during my work as a customer representative. I was promoted as a senior agent, who is the assistant of our team manager. My 4 years of experience in the BPO industry helps me hone my skills in communicating in English and so as in writing. I became very much comfortable using the universal language which I think is my best advantage.

I have 2 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry as a Residential Sales Consultant and assistant to listing agents. I help clients in selling their property and listing houses on our website to avoid foreclosure.

I also have 1-year of experience as an Appointment Setter. What we do is contact potential customers and arrange sales calls. We typically make hundreds of calls and a couple of emails per day to make successful appointments. I conduct a 7-day auction on our website to help them find a buyer as soon as possible. I work closely with the listing agents, sellers, buyers, and their Upgrade to see actual info is a very complex process yet fulfilling.

I have recently worked as a cold caller for a real estate company. We have been doing outbound calls 600 calls a day with 5 or more appointments set for almost a year. 

My experience
in Virtual Industry has prepared me to excel as your next Virtual Assistant. I
have learned a lot and have honed me to become the best extension of your
virtual Upgrade to see actual info my most recent position with We Buy Houses, I excelled in a
Real Estate Cold Calling which is why I got promoted in less than a month. I
have been the VA Manager and handles a lot of responsibilities. I have mastered
multi-tasking and still manages to deliver superbly. I always challenge myself
to learn new things to grow. I believe the more knowledgeable I am the best
Virtual Assistant I can be. I put my client's needs and wants at the top of my
priority.I mastered to
be an effective Virtual Assistant/ Manager by learning time management skills,
writing abilities, and also has a commitment to excellence. I am resourceful, I
can act and think fast in a pressured situation and still manage to be calm. I
believe that with all of these, I was able to learn and adapt to this industry.
One of the best things skill I have is to learn and grasp the knowledge quickly. I believe
that it is vital in our field since we are working from home. I learned fast
with little to no supervision. I also have a gift to share my knowledge through
training. I always make sure my VAs are well equipped before I board them to
the Team.
This position
fits my passion and I know that with the right etiquette and the experience
that I have when it comes to recruitment, administrative works, Team
management, and marketing, and I am very confident that I will excel in this
role.
