As a Recruitment Specialist, I help our company in filling staff vacancies by evaluating candidates and building networks of potential hires. I am the one responsible for screening, interviewing, and placing workers, as well as keeping up to date on local hiring laws and regulations. I am also responsible for imposing company policies. I use cold calls and referrals to acquire viable job applicants. I am also responsible for developing and posting job listings online. I also use social media to network and identify high-performing applicants for jobs within an organization. I make sure to assess all applicants in a fair manner. I've been working as a recruitment specialist for 4 years.
I've also worked as an Admin Support for 2 years. I am responsible for handling such us generating reports and presentations, generating meetings, and reordering supplies. I work closely with my manager. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and avoiding conflicts. I am also responsible for making travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. I screen phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. I am using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research. I make sure that to maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
As a social media manager of 3 years, I am the one responsible for making my own research and to know the latest trends and audience preferences. Another responsibility is to design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals. I enjoy managing posts and responding to followers. I manage the company image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals.
I also have 4 years of experience in the BPO industry. I am responsible for taking care of customers' concerns and answering queries. I am always doing the extra mile in each and every encounter with our customers. I made sure to resolve the issue the first time they will call. I am one of the top agents during my work as a customer representative. I was promoted as a senior agent, who is the assistant of our team manager.
