Profile Description
I have been a Recruitment Virtual Assistant / Lead Generation Specialist for almost 4 years for clients in the IT Recruitment industry. I help my clients build their professional network and assist them in sourcing quality candidates.
I started working as a Technical Support Representative for a year before being promoted to Quality Assurance Analyst for 6 years, monitoring calls made by Customer Service Representatives, and ensuring that they deliver quality calls that meet the clients' standards.
I then worked at ANZ Global Services as a Contact Centre Officer, assisting customers with their credit card and loan concerns.
I am very eager to learn new things and I can grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently.
I am looking for a job where I can contribute and enhance my skills and knowledge.
