Profile Description

I'd worked as a chat support customer service representative for DISH TV (USA) for two years. I am skilled in providing chat quality assurance and were trained to provide great customer experience in every transaction handled.

I  worked for TSA (TELSTRA - Austalia) as order management officer which enhanced my back office work skills like data entry, processing of orders, use of MS Word and Excel and other administrative tasks.

I had 10 years of experience in the retail business as store manager which oriented me in purchasing, collection, recording of transactions, inventory, invoicing, checking of daily sales, customer satisfaction, daily operations etc. 

Learning has always been my passion and to be more efficient I have enrolled classes from Udemy, Skillshare, Filipino VIrtual Assiatance and Microcad. Affiliate marketing, Autocad, mailchimp, email marketing campaign and  social media marketing are among the skills that I have acquired and will still be educating myself as necessary for the job.

Being adaptable and flexible has enabled me to challenge conventional ways of working and learn new and more efficient working techniques and diverse workstyle. My willingness to embrace new processes and learn new things has always helped me to be more competent and make advances in the field. I am a very independent self-motivated individual who makes sure that excellent quality is always administered and this includes "do it right the first time" in everything I do.
