I am an undergraduate of AB Political Science at University of Caloocan City. I was an incoming 4th year student when I stopped studying because of financial difficulties. And from there, I applied and get hired at Stream Global Services. That was my first BPO Company way back last September 2012 – May 2014. I was there for 1 year and 8 months as a Customer Service Representative for Microsoft Abuse Upgrade to see actual info was actually a non-voice account. Then when I resigned I transferred at VXI global holdings, last May 2014 – July 2014. I also worked there as a Customer Service Representative for Majicjack Upgrade to see actual info was a tech chat support account. After that I was given an opportunity to be hired at ADP Philippines. I worked there as an Analyst for AVS – AdvancedMD Sales Lead Upgrade to see actual info was actually half non-voice and half voice account. Been there from July 2014 – May 2015. Then, heavy traffic strikes that’s why I decided to quit and transferred at TELETECH Philippines which was just 20mins away from our home. I worked there for Verizon as a Customer Service Representative / technical support representative / sales representative / retention. I was there from March 2016 – May 2016 because I had an accident that forced me to leave the company after 2 months only. Then when I recovered from the accident, I applied and get hired at Optum Global Upgrade to see actual info was formerly known as Unitedhealth Group. I worked there as a Customer Service Advocate for Community & State Provider Services for Maryland. We cater providers and their secretaries for their claims, benefits and eligibility. And sometimes we also do request for some procedures for the patients. I worked there for 2 years and 5 months. I decided to quit because we have a business and I also need to attend to the needs of my family. I also worked for Global Executive industries under CPC Ninja. I worked there as a Content Strategist creating SMS and Email automations for a client. I also do messenger bots through ManyChat. My most recent job was with 24-7 intouch. I worked there as an Email and Chat support Representative for Upgrade to see actual info was just a seasonal account. I assist customers with regards to their orders, tracking their orders, payment disputes, exchange and returns. 
For me, I would say that I am a fully pledged Customer Service advocate, for I have been in this job for almost 65 months not to mention my non-BPO experiences as Customer Servant. I always focus on everything I do. I may not have enough experience upon application on the job that I am aiming for but I am always willing to learn and be trained. And I see to it that I am doing my job for all the best I can.
