I have earned a melange of working experiences for more than a decade in the BPO industry here in the Philippines. I started back in 2007 with providing technical support for one of the biggest phone and internet company in the US and stayed with that company for 4 years.
When I moved residency to a neighboring province, I applied to a company with the same exact supporting client that of my former.
I continued working only until 2013 when
I joined the company that supports largest operating system provider in the world (Microsoft ™).
My experience with these clients laid foundation to my technical background from line infrastructure to networking and connectivity and eventually computer based processes such such operating system, PC safety and diagnostics, software and even gaming console support for Xbox 360.
The streak of my technical support career was halted when in 2015 I joined EXL Service
