Virtual Professional:Administrative Assistant Working real time as leads came in to make sure that agents are setting follow up tasks for the leads. Following up with the leads,  creating reminders to reach back out to them to keep the line of communication open.  Update CRM and create reports as well on the progress of the leads so client may know how to move forward if a given lead was not followed through properly by their agent
