Profile Description

I've been a customer service representative for 7 years and shifted to being a virtual assistant. I was a campaign manager, cold caller, Appointment setter and a Social media manager, Marketing coordinator and Digital marketer. I am responsible for doing calls for prospects and clients, do email marketing and do appointment setting. I also create material for content marketing and social media marketing via Canva and other editing platforms and make ads via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Tools I've used for dialing are REI Reply, Mojo Dialer and ReadyMode. I’m also proficient in using Google and Microsoft applications and can learn new tools very quickly.
