Profile Description

I am a customer service representative for 3 years in a Telco account based in Canada way backUpgrade to see actual info. As a frontliner my job is to received phone call from customer and provide information about their account. I help them understand the pros and cons of the services we provide; I always make sure to let my client feel they are heard and valued by providing them exceptional customer service experience they may have.  I was also an Intake coordinator for 1 year in a health care call center based in the Philippines. I made sure to check thoroughly the fax document sent by the provider and diligently check all information to avoid HIPPA breach. And process the initial request or preauthorization request of services from the provider they have requested.   Lastly, I also have an experience in Insurance Verification for 1year in a Dental Clinic based in Virginia, Usa. I check patient dental insurance and make sure to accurately put all the codes on with the frequency and coverages in our patient account. I used several web portals in checking the eligibility and benefits of the patient. In addition, I am also skilled in using Photoshop and Canva for graphic design on a social media management task.
