? Directs payroll team to meet all deadlines and ensure compliance with National Labor Law.
? Develop and implement appropriate payroll related policies and procedures to ensure data integrity.
? Assess current processes to identify, recommend, and upon approval, implement prioritized solutions to achieve the mission strategy of the company with common platforms, systems, policies and procedures to improve and support the long-term growth plans of the Company.
? Remain currently updated on new legislation and regulatory ruling impacting payroll.
? Ensures new benefits and changes that are required by the government as it related to Payroll including computations, withholding, and deductions associated with net earnings are implemented.
? Assist in the financial planning and forecasting process to develop and implement a sound budget/forecast for the Payroll department.
? Develop effective means of communication with associated at all levels across the business to build
a relationship of trust and respect, partnering to resolve financial and related operational issues.
? Provide departmental leadership and guidance for resolution support associated with Payroll Administration issues and procedures.
? Ensure external and internal audit requests related to Payroll are met.
? Ensure adequate fund for payroll disbursement.
? Strong MS Excel skills
? Multi-tasking skills in Accounting process
