I support small to medium-sized entrepreneurs to manage their recruitment needs and grow their businesses. I have worked in the corporate world for 7 years in the field of Human Resources and Office Upgrade to see actual info 2019, I ventured into working remotely as a Virtual Assistant/Recruitment Specialist where I acquired additional skills. I also completed a freelancing course in September 2019 at Filipino Virtual Assistance and am a Gold Certificate holder.

I am a talent acquisition professional with experience in developing and executing recruiting plans within both in-house settings. I manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement, and onboarding. I creatively source high-caliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software, social media, cold calling, and employee referrals.

I am also a Star VA who has the initiative, a can-do attitude, versatility, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude of ‘whatever it takes' to get the job done. Highly self-motivated and efficient; ready to prove that I can take on any new training or task tossed along the way.

I understand it is quite a challenge to find a reliable remote worker and I pride myself in being one. I don't need a lot of supervision and I have the self-discipline to show up to work on time, finish my tasks on the deadline, ask
