My research experiences were honed at Foodstyles (UK) where I was able to provide accurate information about unfamiliar food components (other than my knowledge about food), to our company's SOP database to ensure that we are able to curate the data we have properly. I have also had research experience with Pulley Inc (US), wherein I'm able to provide accurate information, depending on the client/project which usually spans from one of the following: owner's name, owner's email, POS brand, store phone number.

I have used salesforce as an account management/database to update and make changes to customer's profiles.

I've had a customer support experience through my BPO tenure at TaskUS, KGB Philippines, and IQor in which I was tasked to help out customers in a Telco company and in a start-up business. I have learned different ways to be able to remedy almost any situation and provide a top-notch customer service experience

I have had experience in Data Entry with FoodStyles wherein I needed to differentiate and categorize food ingredients and components and put them in an excel sheet and (later on) the company's database. All these are accomplished based on the company's established SOPs and with my knowledge in food, I am also able to curate each menu item by dietary restrictions, and allergens.
