Profile Description

I started as a volunteer assistant in a learning center, then worked as an Online English Teacher before I have dUpgrade to see actual info to widen my expertise and moved to Customer Service. I have handled different types of accounts and customer concerns such as Email/Chat Support, Inbound Sales, Retention Services, Collections, Fraud Prevention and Employee Assistance. I am highly-trained in customer service and employee relations, and also proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
While working in the call center industry for more than 10 years, I have developed my multi tasking, organization and communication skills. I have assisted new employees during training and have done peer coaching and evaluation. I also assisted team leaders, trainers and teachers with administrative tasks thus expanding my knowledge in admin works, research and event planning.
